CLMS allows users to communicate, collaborate, and create in a secure and accessible virtual, cloud-based software environment created by CLMS (the “Services”). CLMS may offer for downloading from the Website or using through the Website certain products to be used in conjunction with the Services (the “Products”) only for the Service Plan users. The Products shall be licensed subject to the terms of the applicable end user license agreement.

By accessing and using this website and all other CLMS domains (the “Website”), using the Services, downloading or purchasing the Products, you agree to be bound by and to accept these Terms of Service and all terms and conditions contained and/or referenced herein or any additional terms and conditions set forth on the Website.

CLMS makes available web-based support through its website. Additional support services may be available to Customer upon payment of applicable fees (if any), as specified in Customer’s Order Form. Any support services are subject to this Agreement and CLMS applicable support policies. CLMS may also provide onboarding, deployment and other services under this Agreement. The scope, pricing, and other terms for these additional services will be specified in an Order Form, Order Form exhibit, or other document referencing this Agreement.
